An easy make-ahead appetizer recipe for fresh herbed cream cheese dip accompanied by a fancy (but easy!) crudité platter.

  • 16 ounces (2 packages) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 teaspoons white-wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder
  • 6 sprigs fresh dill
  • 6 sprigs fresh marjoram
  • 6 stems flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 sprigs fresh tarragon
  • 2 stems fresh basil
  • Fresh vegetables, for serving

  1. Place the cream cheese in a large bowl and beat on medium until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the white wine vinegar and salt, and beat on medium until incorporated.
  3. De-stem and mince the fresh herbs. Add to the cream cheese mixture and beat on low until evenly distributed.
  4. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with fresh vegetables or crackers. Will keep refrigerated overnight.
