- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Gel food coloring (optional)
- 1 dozen store-bought donuts
- Freeze dried strawberries (I get mine at Trader Joe’s)
Instructions
- Make the doughnut glaze: Combine powdered sugar and milk and stir until smooth. Separate into two bowls and tint one bowl with gel food coloring if desired. A tiny bit of coloring goes a long way, so if you overdo it, just add more white glaze to dilute the color.
- Spread white glaze on top of doughnuts. Top with freeze-dried strawberries.
- Use a spoon to drizzle remaining colored or white glaze on top of strawberries.
