A super easy fruit brown sugar ice cream recipe that has no eggs and minimal prep time. The flavor is absolutely incredible!



Brown Sugar Ice Cream Ingredients:

  • 2 cups half & half
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Special Equipment:


  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the milk and half & half until steaming but not simmering. Stir in brown sugar, vanilla, salt and cinnamon.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and chill in the fridge overnight.
  3. Pour cooled mixture into ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer directions. Spoon into an airtight, freezer-safe container and freeze until set, at least a few hours.
  4. Will keep in freezer for several weeks.
