Pineapple Mojito or Nojito

A recipe for refreshing pineapple mojitos with a virgin ‘nojito’ option. A fun and easy upgrade to the traditional mojito cocktail.


  • Mint leaves
  • 1/4 fresh lime or 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 3 ounces DOLE® Canned 100% pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
  • 1 1/2 ounces white rum (optional)
  • Ice
  • Club soda
  • Fresh Pineapple and extra mint for garnish

Special equipment:


  1. Place mint leaves, lime wedge or juice and pineapple juice in a highball glass and muddle to release the mint oils.
  2. Add white rum if using and fill glass with ice.
  3. Stir and add more sugar if desired.
  4. Garnish with pineapple and mint.
