Place butter and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer and mix on medium speed until combined. Add the eggs one at a time. Continue mixing and add the salt and vanilla.
Add the flour in one batch. Cover the bowl with a towel before you mix to prevent the flour from going everywhere. Mix until just combined.
Roll out on a floured surface to 1/4 – 3/8 inch. Transfer to pizza pan and press edges to fit. Use a fork to prick surface several times to prevent air bubbles.
Bake at 350 Fahrenheit for 16-20 minutes, until edges are golden brown and center no longer looks wet.
Make the Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting:
Cream the cream cheese and butter with a stand mixer on high until smooth. Add the vanilla and mix until smooth.
Add powdered sugar in 2-3 additions and mix until combined and at desired thickness.
Assemble the Candy Corn Pizza:
Separate the frosting into three bowls. In one bowl, add yellow food coloring to achieve desired shade. In the second bowl, make orange color by adding yellow food coloring plus a tiny bit of red coloring. Leave the third white.
Spoon frosting into piping bags. Snip the tip off with scissors. Pipe a central white circle and fill in with white frosting. Pipe a ring of orange frosting directly adjacent to the circle and another ring halfway to the edge of the cookie. Fill with more orange frosting. Pipe a yellow ring of frosting directly adjacent to the orange and another yellow ring outlining the cookie. Fill in with more yellow frosting.
Slice and serve. To avoid mixing the colors, clean your knife frequently.
