These totally epic vegan oreo coconut milk popsicles, topped with everything from chocolate to edible gold leaf, will help you up your Instagram game.



Vegan Oreo Coconut Milk Popsicles Ingredients:

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 12 Oreo cookies, divided
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Suggested popsicles toppings:

  • Chocolate syrup
  • White chocolate syrup
  • Crushed graham crackers
  • Fruity pebbles cereal
  • Fruit loops
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Crushed pistachios
  • Crushed pecans
  • Edible gold leaf

Special equipment:


  1. Crush six of the Oreos into coarse pieces. I do this by placing them in a sealed sandwich baggie and rolling the can of coconut milk over the bag to break up the Oreos.
  2. Stir the coconut milk and vanilla in a medium bowl.
  3. Place one whole Oreo in the bottom of each popsicle mold. Top with crushed Oreos.
  4. Pour coconut milk mixture into mold. Add popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
  5. Unmold popsicles. Top with toppings (see video in post for suggestions).
