Did you raise your eyebrows when you read the word ‘vegan’ in the recipe title? When you think of vegan food, my recent vegan buddha bowls might be what comes to mind:
Did you know that oreos are vegan? Vegan as in no dairy or animal products. Weird right? On their official website, Oreos states that the cookies are “not suitable for vegan consumption” because of potential cross-contamination with milk. Not because they contain milk. That makes this one of the weirdest vegan recipes I’ve ever made.
I present you with the perfect vegan recipe:
Lolz, happy crying face emoji. 🙂
Vegan or not, these popsicles are perfect for summer. They are easy to make, only have a few ingredients and so delicious. As a bonus, they will taste great even if you don’t load them up with your favorite toppings. They will make you, and your camera, verrrry happy.

- Place one whole Oreo in the bottom of each popsicle mold. Top with crushed Oreos.
- Pour coconut milk mixture into mold. Add popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
- Unmold popsicles. Top with toppings (see video in post for suggestions).
