Healthy Breakfast Popsicles Recipe with Fruit, Granola and Almond Milk

A recipe for vegan popsicles made with almond milk and packed with healthy plant protein. They make a great on-the-go breakfast, healthy snack or post-workout treat.



Special Equipment:


  1. Stir together vegan yogurt and almond milk in a medium bowl. Fill popsicle molds 1/3 full.
  2. Add fresh and frozen fruit to popsicle mold and top with remaining almond milk mixture. Leave approximately 1/2-inch space at the top.
  3. Mix granola and honey in a small bowl.
  4. Press mixture firmly in to popsicle mold.
  5. Cover and insert sticks. Freeze at least 4 hours before enjoying.


Will keep in freezer for several days.
