If these popsicles don’t put you in a summery mood, I don’t know what will. After all, what’s more summery than colorful fruit in a healthy frozen treat? Even better, you don’t have to feel guilty when you eat them!

Living a Plant-Based Life

If you’re looking for a fun way to sneak more plants in your life, these vegan popsicles are just the thing. They are packed with healthy fruits and traditional creamy yogurt popsicles have a fun vegan twist – they are made with Silk Unsweetened AlmondMilk. I also used Silk Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative to add some healthy plant protein. It’s super creamy and the only hint that it’s almond-based instead of dairy is a really subtle almond flavor. So awesome!Healthy Breakfast Popsicles Recipe with Fruit, Granola and Almond Milk

Creamy Vegan Popsicles with Almond Milk

The nice thing about mixing almond milk and dairy-free yogurt alternative is that it makes the popsicles creamy instead of icy. I find them much more satisfying and enjoyable to eat that way. In addition, the consistency is still thin enough that the popsicles pour easily cutting down on air bubbles around your fruit. The combination of the two makes for truly perfect popsicles!

Say No to High Fructose Corn Syrup & Food Dyes

Making your own popsicles is also a way to save money and make sure you’re only getting high-quality ingredients. It’s crazy the things you find when you actually read the labels. High fructose corn syrup? Artificial coloring? Preservatives? No thank you! This DIY popsicle version lets you control what you’re putting in your body.

When it’s so easy to make your own and it just takes a few ingredients, I can’t imagine paying more for the store-bought kind.Vegan Popsicles recipe with Almond Milk & FruitVegan Popsicles recipe with Almond Milk & Fruit

My popsicle mold holds 10, so I doubled the recipe and I’ve had a popsicle every morning this week after working out. It’s so refreshing and the plant-based protein keeps me from being hangry two hours later.

What a fun idea, adding the granola! It’s almost like a breakfast bowl in a popsicle!

I don’t make my own almond yogurt so I can’t really advise you on this. You can try any vegan yogurt that you’d like.
