Check me out as a featured blogger on the Brooks blog today!  I’m busting some common nutrition myths and sharing a healthy running recipe.  Good nutrition does not have to be complicated or expensive!

Running Myths - Busted!

I am a loyal Brooks shoe and clothing fan (read more about what to wear, whatever the weather) and I’m excited to be featured on their Blog.  This is my first of four running myth posts for the Brooks blog!

Loved your guest post on the Brooks running blog this week! I had never thought about running with mini sandwiches instead of guus (which I hate).

Also happy that it led me to your blog which I will definitely be following as a fellow WI runner and blogger! Happy snow running 🙂

I love the idea for little sandwiches to fuel my runs! I am going to try this tomorrow! I usually hate taking GUs anyway, so maybe I will actually look forward to fueling my long run!

Thanks for stopping by! The sandwiches are such a simple idea, and are surprisingly easy to digest.
