Is it me, or are we already in the middle of the holiday rush? I’m not talking about the holiday decorations in stores, but more that subtle internal feeling of internal anxiety to cook with pumpkin spice and to start thinking about holiday gifts (or gift guides if you’re a blogger). If you’re a blogger, my guess is you’re probably feeling the pressure.
One of the personal challenges I have as a blogger is bring you timely seasonal content. I started getting emails in August from blogging newsletters that I subscribe to encouraging me to ‘think about pumpkin spice’ and telling me that ‘chocolate peppermint drinks are starting to trend on Pinterest.” I mean, here it is almost Halloween and there hasn’t been even a whiff of pumpkin to be found at Casa Sweet. No wonder I’m feeling the pressure I guess.
Tell me, if you’re a blogger, how do you deal with the challenge to keep things seasonal? If you don’t blog, do you expect to find seasonally-inspired recipes on your favorite blogs?
Here are a few of my favorite posts that I’ve shared lately…
