Rustic Rhubarb Galette Recipe - the perfect spring recipe

Just a quick post today for you friends! I just wanted to let you know you can find this amazing recipe for rhubarb galettes over on the Edible Silicon Valley blog today.     We grow rhubarb in our backyard back home in Newfoundland, and my Mom then makes rhubarb squares out of them, and people go NUTS for them.

    I just started using rhubarb last year and I love it! I don’t have a super big sweet tooth, so I love the tartness it brings! Also, these galettes are beautiful! Congratulations on the feature 🙂

    Lovely! And what a fun feature! I first learned about the magazine in San Luis Obispo and when I found out they’re regional I made sure to pick up a copy at my farmer’s market. 🙂
