We grow rhubarb in our backyard back home in Newfoundland, and my Mom then makes rhubarb squares out of them, and people go NUTS for them.

I just started using rhubarb last year and I love it! I don’t have a super big sweet tooth, so I love the tartness it brings! Also, these galettes are beautiful! Congratulations on the feature 🙂
