A magical pink beet fruit smoothie recipe that tastes amazing even though it has an entire raw beet hidden in it! Just 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to make. Is there anything better than a cool smoothie that magically starts your day with not only fruits but vegetables? People go crazy for green smoothies, myself included, but this recipe is like a hidden green smoothie. It’s a magical pink color but still has vegetables hidden in it.
Most importantly though, it’s delicious. I assure you, it doesn’t have a strong beet flavor at all. It’s a little tart, a little sweet and so refreshing! Om nom nom. You also don’t have to cook the beet. As long as you have a high-powered blender, the raw beet will get all ground up into perfect smoothie consistency. It’s great for breakfast or to finish a workout – or just because!
What are your favorite ingredients to put in a smoothie? I’m always looking for new smoothies recipes to try. Drop a link to your favorite recipe in the comments so I can check it out for myself. Thanks in advance friends! 🙂

This looks so pretty! I’m definitely down to try this at least once despite my normal aversion to beets. My favorite things to put in smoothies are bananas and any type of berry. 🙂
